We are providing instructions regarding the dormitory fee payment for the Spring Semester 2026

1. Eligibility: Admitted Dormitory Applicants

2.  Period: Jan 26 (Mon) 10:00 AM – Jan 28 (Wed) 4:00 PM, 2026 (KST)

3.  How to Pay: Via the Integrated Information System

•   Note: Payments must be made via bank transfer in Korean Standard Time (KST).

• ※ Important: Bank transfers are not available after 4:00 PM (16:00) KST each day.

•   1.  Access the Integrated Information System.

•   2. Click the "Dormitory" (생활관) menu at the top of the page.

•   3. Click "Dormitory Invoice Inquiry" (기숙사 고지서 조회) on the left-hand side.

•   4. View your invoice and proceed with the payment.

•  

 4. Payment Methods

•  Bank Transfer: Transfer to the Korean bank account indicated on your invoice.

•  International Payment (Flywire): Overseas payments are available via Flywire. 

  •  Supported methods: Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MASTER, etc.) and other international payment options.

Important Notes on Dormitory Fee Payment

1. Deadline & Cancellation

• Mandatory Payment: Failure to pay within the designated period will result in the automatic cancellation of your dormitory assignment.

• Final Warning: Since international payment options (Flywire) are provided alongside local bank transfers, no exceptions will be made for late payments. Failure to pay will lead to immediate withdrawal of admission.

2. Room Assignment

• Mandatory Assignment: Students who did not select a room during the application period have been randomly assigned to the remaining available rooms.

3. Waitlist Policy

• Waitlist Opportunities: Any rooms vacated due to non-payment or cancellation will be reallocated to applicants on the waiting list.

Payment Guidelines for Scholarship Recipients   

※ Dormitory fee support is only available for GKS, ST Alliance, and Academic scholars. Other scholarship types do not cover dormitory fees.

1. GKS Scholars

• Benefits: Full coverage of Dormitory Fees & Meal Plans.

• Action Required: No payment needed.

2. ST Alliance Scholars

• Standard Coverage: Based on Male Dorm (4-person room) / Female Dorm (2-person room).

• Meal Plans: NOT included (Students must pay the full amount for meals).

• Important Note for Global Village (International House) Applicants:

  • If you apply for a higher-tier room type (Global Village), you must pay the difference in cost.

  • Action Required: Check your invoice and pay the remaining balance.

3. Office of Student Affairs Academic Scholars

• Standard Coverage: Based on Male Dorm (4-person room) / Female Dorm (2-person room).

• Meal Plans: Fully covered.

• Important Note for Global Village (International House) Applicants:

  • If you apply for the Global Village (International House), you must pay the difference in dormitory fees.

  • Action Required: Check your invoice and deposit the remaining balance.
