유학생 기숙사 퇴사 및 호실이동 준비사항 안내

1. 동계 방학 기간 동안 기숙사를 신청하지 않은 모든 학생은 2025년 12월 19일 (금)부터 2025년 12월 20일 (토요일) 낮 12시까지 방을 완전히 비우고 퇴실해야 합니다.

2. 호실 파손 및 손상 신고: 2025.12.15.(월) ~ 12.17.(수) , 성림학사 남학생동 1층 관리사무소

  해당 파손 부분을 사진찍고 관리사무소에 보고 후 반드시 수리 신청 

 ※ 대상: 벽지 , 화장실 수전, 도어락, 공용가구 등

 ※ 도어락 건전기 방전은 KB학사 2층 행정실에 방문 해 건전지 수령 

3. 계속거주자 호실 이동 순서

 - 남학생 : 2025.12.20.(토) 13시 이후

 - 여학생: 2025.12.23.(화) 13시 이후 

•   ※ 기숙사비 과금 기간 종료일: 2025년 12월 19일 (금)

•   ※ 출입카드를 반드시 KB학사 2층 행정실에 반납 후 퇴사 (1장당 한화로 1만원으로 분실 시 반드시 행정실에 분실신고 후 퇴사하시기 바랍니다) 

Notice on Dormitory Check-out and Room Relocation for International Students

Dormitory Check-out during Winter Break
All students who did not apply to stay in the dormitory during the winter vacation must completely vacate their rooms and check out between Friday, December 19, 2025 and Saturday, December 20, 2025, by 12:00 PM (noon).

Students must take photos of any damaged areas and report them to the management office, then 반드시 submit a repair request.

※ Applicable items: wallpaper, bathroom faucets, door locks, shared furniture, etc.
※ If the door lock battery is discharged, please visit the KB Dormitory Administrative Office (2nd floor) to receive replacement batteries.

※ End date of dormitory fee charging period: Friday, December 19, 2025
※ All access cards must be returned to the Administrative Office on the 2nd floor of KB Dormitory when checking out.
   If the card is lost, a fee of KRW 10,000 per card will be charged. In case of loss, you must report it to the administrative office before checking out.

• Male students: After 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 20, 2025

• Female students: After 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 23, 2025

• Room Relocation Schedule for Continuing Residents
