All Summer Residents: Must vacate by Aug. 23, 2025 (Sat) 12:00

Non-Residents (not staying 2nd semester): Final check-out by Aug. 24, 2025 (Sun) 12:00

(Korean Language Program: Aug. 27, 2025 until 14:00)

Room Change (Continuing Residents)

Aug. 23, 2025 (Sat)

Morning: Pack belongings & visit KB dorm office (mandatory procedure)

Afternoon (after 13:00): Move to new room

Move-In (New Residents)

Early Move-In: Aug. 30, 2025 (Sat) 10:00–17:00

Regular Move-In: Sept. 1 (Mon) – Sept. 5 (Fri), 10:00–17:00

Notes

Move-in procedure is mandatory even if staying in the same room.

Penalty points will be given for late check-out, unclean rooms, or skipping procedures.

Dormitory not responsible for lost items after check-out.
